Job step command box can hold only 3200 characters

I could not load a batch file into the command box of a job step because it
exceeded the 3200 character limit. How do I increase this limit?
Mucho gracias.
LaEsmeraldaUse another job step.

Job not working

The output message is :
" DTSRun: Cannot create COM Server to load and execute
DTS Package. Error -2147221164 (80040154): Class not
registered "Was the package created on a different version of SQL Server ?
have you registered the DTS dlls?
If you have then you may want to reregister them.
